Responsibilities

• Point of contact for functional inquiries related to the SPO framework

• Support onboarding and familiarization with framework processes

• Identify, analyze, and escalate issues or clarification needs

• Communicate with enterprise stakeholders in German

 

Requirements

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks and processes

• Basic understanding of SharePoint Online

• Analytical thinking and problem-identification skills
