What we do
A workshop with the customer to look at the current structure and its limits, and to plan a pilot migration for parts of the company.
Together we set the target picture: SharePoint Online becomes the central place for documents, and Microsoft Teams stays the place where people work together. Every property gets its own SharePoint site, with separate collaboration areas, standard permissions and metadata.
The customer also hoped AI could make the cleanup before the migration easier. We checked this honestly: no ready-made AI tool fits the case, and training one would cost too much. So the cleanup stays a structured, manual step.
