As a Global Project & Change Manager (BBA), I worked in management consulting during my studies and developed a passion for inspiring people with new ideas, approaches and processes.

The introduction of new software or the adaptation of digital processes requires not only a clearly structured plan, good coordination, and excellent communication, but also a great deal of sensitivity for the "human factor." Through my work at Microsoft as a Customer Success Manager with a focus on change & adoption as well as training, I gained in-depth expertise in the M365 platform. I also support implementations of CRM, BI, ERP (e.g., SAP), and multi-project management tools with great passion, targeted questions, and empathy.
