Part-Time Back Office & Training Coordinator (20h/week – Morning Shift, Professional German and /or English)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office & Training Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week, morning schedule).

Requirements

Coordinate and schedule training sessions between our consultants and client users

Manage calendars and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders

Support the creation and maintenance of internal pages (e.g., SharePoint)

Assist with administrative and back-office tasks

Ensure a high level of organization and follow-up on ongoing tasks
