A pilot migration of one to two selected areas to SharePoint Online. We test the migration approach step by step, so all other areas can follow safely.
Together with the users, we build a scalable architecture. Documents are stored by topic or by who needs access, with metadata so search gives the same results every time. The setup follows the new governance rules, supports safe AI use and cuts storage nobody needs.
